At Olivia Duck Denim, every order is packed with care and shipped to you as quickly as possible.

Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. During high volume periods processing times may be slightly extended.

Delivery
Once shipped, standard domestic delivery typically takes 5–10 business days. Tracking information will be provided via email once your order has shipped.

Shipping
Olivia Duck Denim offers complimentary shipping on all domestic orders.

Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Olivia Duck Denim is not responsible for delays or delivery issues resulting from incorrect address information.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect please contact us within 7 days of delivery at olivia@oliviaduckdenim.com with your order number and photos and we'll make it right.
