Refund policy

Olivia Duck Denim, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving their order. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Products showing signs of wear, alteration, damage, or misuse may not qualify for a refund.

Once your return request is approved, return instructions will be provided. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

After the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Exchanges may be available for eligible products based on inventory availability.

Certain items, including final sale products, gift cards, and customized items, may not be eligible for return or refund.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and order information.
