Olivia Duck Denim is committed to delivering your order safely and efficiently.

Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. During peak seasons, holidays, promotions, or high order volumes, processing times may be extended.

Once shipped, standard delivery generally takes 5 to 10 business days depending on destination, carrier availability, and local delivery conditions. International orders may require additional transit time and customs processing.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Olivia Duck Denim is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery issues resulting from incorrect addresses submitted during checkout.

When available, tracking information will be provided via email after shipment. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather conditions, carrier disruptions, customs procedures, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and are non refundable once an order has shipped, except where required by law.

If your package arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and supporting photos to help us resolve the issue promptly.
